The warranty provisions
I. Basic information
1. Any fault caused by product quality problems under normal use is within the warranty period, and the company will be responsible for providing a limited warranty.
2.Warranty policy
1. Please keep this warranty card and the ticket issued by the dealer when you purchase the car.The above certificate will be required to be presented for warranty during maintenance.
2. The product warranty shall start from the date of purchase.However, if the purchase date of the ticket is later than the delivery date of the company’s system plus the grace period for such products, the delivery date of the company’s system plus the grace period for such products shall be taken as the product warranty starting date.
3. Grace period is the period from the date of delivery of the vehicle from the factory until the final delivery or installation of the product.
4, the maintenance of the vehicle, in the warranty period to continue to enjoy the warranty service, if from the end of the warranty period less than three months, then all replacement parts from the date of replacement enjoy a one-month warranty.
5. The replacement parts shall be owned by the company. If necessary, the company will charge appropriate costs.
6, the company’s product parts warranty policy will be based on the parts of the vehicle and different.
7. Please keep this warranty card properly. If lost, it will not be reissued.
8. Where the product is manufactured, please refer to the information on the product package.
3. Exceptions
The following circumstances are not covered by the warranty
1. Parts that are not part of the company’s products or parts that are replaced by users themselves, and the parts are not purchased from the company or designated distributors.
2. Fail to perform product cleaning and normal maintenance as required.
3, consumption of materials (accessories) (such as: battery, plug parts natural consumption, wear and aging)
4. Due to wrong installation and operation (such as opening the power switch when charging, and not following the instructions and relevant warning requirements); Failure or damage caused by riding the product in an area not specified by the product (such as riding in uneven places with water, etc.)
5. Damage caused by accident, abuse (including overload riding) and misuse.
6. Damage caused by improper storage.
7. Malfunction and damage caused by unauthorized vehicle repair or unauthorized modification or abuse.
8. Fire and other disasters caused by overcharging or other household appliances.
9. Damage caused by maintenance not authorized by the company.
10. Damage caused by users using accessories other than those approved by the company, such as batteries, wires, chargers and driving parts.
11.Failure or damage caused by man-made or natural disasters.
Special note:
1.The above terms set forth all liability of the company for the products and supersede all other warranties and/or other liabilities, express and implied.In case of normal use of the product, the company shall carry out maintenance and/or replacement of the product according to the above provisions for the user’s responsibility and authority.There is no other guarantee. The company will comply with applicable laws if otherwise specified by applicable national laws.
2.The company in any case, due to the loss of user’s products caused by the loss;The third party shall not be liable for any loss caused by claims for compensation made to the user.
