Like Lime but want your own electric scooter? This is your best choice

Electric scooters have a high market share, and most people like them. The starting price is only US$1 and then US$0.15 per minute. For many people, this is an affordable way to test their first personal electric car.
However, when people start to use them as regular vehicles, the cost will quickly increase to the price of buying the same electric scooter. In the past year, this has led to a surge in sales of electric scooters. This is a brief introduction to the cheapest electric scooter on the market.
The GXL has a top speed of 15.5 mph (25 km/h) and a range of 12.5 miles (20 km). Its 36V battery can be charged in about 4 hours.
The scooter has 8.5-inch pneumatic tires that can help absorb some of the road impact. The weight of the GXL is 220 pounds (100 kg).
The Gotrax GXL electric scooter is equipped with a 250 W electric motor with two speed settings. It also has a digital speedometer and battery meter, which is a nice feature not found in many scooters.
Gotrax GXL is usually priced at US$499, but is currently only available for US$399 on Amazon. For this sturdy scooter, this is actually a deal.
The Mi M365 is not the first electric scooter, but it is the one that triggered the electric scooter boom.
If you have recently ridden a Scooter from Bird, Lyft, Goat, Spin or many other electric scooter sharing companies, you may be riding a relabeled Xiaomi M365.
All in all, this is a cruising range of 15.5 mph (25 km/h) and 18.6 miles (30 km), and it weighs 27 pounds (12.2 kg). Unlike other scooters, in addition to the front wheel regenerative braking, it also has a mechanical rear disc brake.
The price of Mi M365 in the past was US$499. However, after strong sales, the company had difficulty maintaining inventory in the United States and eventually returned with a high price of $599. This is a little supply and demand course for you.
The top speed of the Zoom Stryder is slightly higher than most other electric scooters, with a speed of 18.5 mph (30 km/h). At 15-18 miles (25-30 kilometers), the range is fairly standard.
Zoom Stryder is produced by a Singapore company and is a very comfortable scooter. It has front and rear suspensions for smooth driving and is supplemented with solid rubber tires.
The LCD display shows battery life, speed and distance. The scooter includes front and tail lights, and when the brakes are activated, the rear lights will be brighter.
Braking is achieved by using a 500 W hub motor for regenerative braking at the front and a foot-type matte brake above the rear wheels.
Swagtron is a company known for small, inexpensive, but high-quality personal electric vehicles. We reviewed some of their past electric bikes, including the $449 EB-1 and the $489 EB-5 (my personal favorite).
Their Swagtron Swagger 5 electric scooter looks a lot like the Xiaomi M365 above, but the price is only 2/3.
The Swagger 5 has a 250 W front hub motor and can reach a maximum speed of 18 mph (29 km/h). However, the range is limited at 11 miles (17.7 kilometers).
You may remember Razor, the first scooter craze began almost 20 years ago. Well, the company hasn’t traveled anywhere and actually has its own electric scooter production line. Razor even joined the electric scooter sharing game through its own electric scooter sharing fleet.
Razor’s E-Prime electric scooter is smaller than most electric motorcycles on this list, but can still reach speeds of 15 mph (25 km/h).
Braking can be achieved either by regenerative braking by the front hub motor or by the rear frosted braking.
We will make our own review of the E-Prime scooter soon, but I can already say with certainty that it definitely offers some good options. The E-Prime scooter costs US$379 and is one of the most affordable options.
The NANROBOT D4+ electric scooter is not for the faint-hearted. Thanks to its dual 1,000 W motors, this electric scooter can reach a speed of 40 mph (64 km/h).
Not only does it move fast, but it also works. Thanks to the 52 V and 23 Ah (1.2 kWh) battery pack, the NANROBOT D4+ has a rated range of 45 miles (72 kilometers). This is more than twice the battery of an ordinary electric bicycle!
The scooter includes front and rear disc brakes and regenerative braking, which are crucial at such high speeds. The double suspension can also help you avoid being thrown away when bumping.
I will not say that this scooter is safe. In fact, I said right away that this scooter may be dangerous. But hey, I am not your mother. If you want a crazy product like a 40 mph scooter, then you have to buy it for $1,289.
That’s it. If you are looking for an electric motorcycle to commute in the city, it will be hard not to enjoy any one on this list.
